Terms of Service

Last updated: 17 July 2026

These terms govern your use of the House of Trading app and service. By using it, you agree to them.

What House of Trading is

House of Trading is a set of self-directed trading tools. It connects to your own brokerage account to show your holdings and to place orders that you decide to place. We are not a broker, we do not hold your funds or securities, and we do not provide investment advice, recommendations, or portfolio management.

Your responsibilities

Risk disclosure

Trading in securities and derivatives carries a high level of risk and can result in the loss of some or all of your capital. Past performance does not guarantee future results. Any automation or analytics in the app is a tool to assist your own decisions — it is not a promise of profit, and market, liquidity, and execution risks remain yours.

Automation

If you enable automated features, you remain responsible for the resulting orders. You can stop automation at any time using the kill-switch in the app. We are not liable for outcomes of trades placed while automation is enabled with your consent.

Availability

We aim to keep the service running but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Broker, exchange, or network issues outside our control may affect data and order placement.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, House of Trading is not liable for trading losses or for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.

Termination

You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend access to protect the service or where use breaches these terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India.
